• 任职资格：1.YouholdbachelorgraduationoraboveinElectricalormechanicalengineering.
  2.Minimum3yearsofworkexperiencerelatingtoqualitymanagement,knowledgeofhighvoltageandqualityassurance,processcontrolarepreferred.
  3.Familiarwithmanufacturingprocess,e.g.,Machining,Casting(Al&Insulatingpart),Welding,sliverplatingetc.
  4.ProficiencyintheuseofSAP,8D,6Sigmatoolsincludestatisticalanalysis(e.g.,Minitab,MSA,SPC).
  5.Well-developedanalyticalabilities,systematicallyproblem-solvingandqualityimprovementskill. 
  6.Goodcoordinationandcommunicationskills.GoodEnglishskillswrittenandoral.
  
• 职位介绍：1.YouwilloverseeandmentorateamofSQEsfocusedonspecificcategories(e.g.,Casting,weldedparts,mechanicalparts,electronics)andwillalignteamprioritieswithbroadersupplychainqualitygoalsandbusinessobjectives.
  2.Youwillconductin-depthassessmentsofsuppliers’qualitysystems,productioncapabilities,andcapacityresiliencetomitigatesupplychainrisksandwillestablishcriteriaforsuppliertieringbasedonrisklevelsandperformancemetrics.
  3.Youwilldrivecorrectiveactionplansandcontinuousimprovementinitiativeswithunderperformingsupplierandwillimplementreal-timemonitoringdashboardstotracksupplierqualitymetricsandescalateissuesproactively.
  4.YouwilldesignanddelivertrainingprogramstoenhanceSQEtechnicalskillsandwillfosteracultureofcontinuouslearningthroughworkshops,cross-siteknowledge-sharing,andmentorship.
  5.YouwillpartnerwithregionalSQleadsandglobalexpertstostandardizemethodologies,sharebestpractices,andresolvecross-borderqualitydisputes.
  6.Youwillberesponsibletoensurecompliancewithapplicableexternalandinternalregulations,procedures,andguidelines.
