  1.Missionstatement:LeadtheexecutionofprojectsinCNTDSandensurethatallrelatedactivitiesareperformedinaccordancewithcompanypolicy,contractualagreements,qualitystandards,health,safety&environmentrequirements,financialtargets,aswellasschedulecommitments.
  2.Youwillmanagetheassignedprojectstoensurethefulfillmentofallprojectgoals,intermofon-time,on-costandon-qualitydeliveries,actaskeycontactforthecustomerinprojectsexecutionandcommunicateandcoordinatewiththecustomerfortheexactdeliverytime,reducethefinishedgoodsinventorytolowercapitalstockoccupancy.
  3.Youwilloverseecontactchangesinaccordancewithchangemanagementprocessandensurethattheprojectconsistentlyappliescontractandclaimsmanagement.
  4.Youwillberesponsibleforprojectcommercialmanagementincludingsystemoperationandcollectionmanagement,especiallytimelycollection,reducetheoverdueaccountreceivable,proactivelytomaximizecashflow. 
  5.Youwilleffectivelymonitorandcontrolprojectprogressandefficientresourceutilization,manageprojectrisks,sharebestpracticesandlessonslearnedthroughouttheproject.
  6.YouwillbepartnerwithSales,cooperatewiththecustomerswhocometosuperviseandwitnesstesttoenhancethecustomersatisfactiontothemost.
  7.Youwillsummarizeandreporttheprojectsstatustomanagersweeklyormonthlytoseektheimprovementofprojectmanagement.
  8.Youwillberesponsibleforensurecompliancewithapplicableexternalandinternalregulations,procedures,andguidelines.
