  6.Proficiencyinreadingandcreatingtechnicaldrawings,PFDs,andlayoutplans.
  7.Familiaritywithindustrialutilitysystems(HVAC,CompressedAir,Vacuum,OilPurification).
  8.Knowledgeofinternationaltransformerstandards(IEC,IEEE,ANSI)andqualitysystems(ISO9001).
  9.Strongprojectmanagementandorganizationalskills.
  10.Excellentnegotiationandcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytointerfaceeffectivelywithexternaldesigninstitutes,suppliers,andinternalGPGstakeholders.
  11.FluentinEnglish(writtenandspoken)ismandatory;knowledgeof[LocalLanguage]isaplus.
  12.Thisroleinvolvesamixofofficeworkandextensivesitepresenceduringtheconstructionandinstallationphases.

• 职位介绍：1.Youwilldevelopcomprehensiveprocessflowdiagrams(PFDs)andprocessdocumentationforthenewfactory.
  2.YouwilldefineandsubmitdetailedprocessrequirementstotheDesignInstitute,includingproductioncapacity,workflow,materialhandling,andlogistics.
  3.Youwillreviewandapprovedesigninstitutedeliverables,suchasfactorylayoutdrawings,utilityrequirements(power,compressedair,vacuum,oilsystems),andbuildingspecificationstoensuretheymeetmanufacturingneeds.
  4.YouwillcollaboratecloselywithGPGtounderstandglobalstandards,bestpractices,andtechnicalspecifications.
  5.YouwillensurethatlocalprocessdesignsandequipmentselectionsarefullycompliantwithGPGrequirementsandcorporatequalitystandards.
  6.Youwilldefinetechnicalrequirementsandspecificationsformanufacturingequipment(e.g.,corecuttinglines,windingmachines,vacuumdryingovens,oiltreatmentplants,testingsystems).
  7.Youwillparticipateinsuppliertechnicalmeetings,evaluateproposals,andsupporttheprocurementteaminvendorselection.
  8.Youwillreviewandapproveequipmenttechnicaldrawings,manuals,andcontrollogic(PLC/HMI)duringthedesignphase.
  9.Youwilloverseetheinstallation,debugging,andcommissioningofmanufacturingequipmenton-site.
  10.YouwillleadtheFactoryAcceptanceTest(FAT)andSiteAcceptanceTest(SAT)processestoensureequipmentmeetsalltechnicalandperformancecriteria.
  11.Youwillmanagethehandoverofequipmentfromtheprojectphasetotheproductionoperationsteam.
  12.YouwillworkcloselywithHSE,Quality,andProductionteamstoensurethenewfacilityissafe,compliant,andreadyformassproduction.
  13.Youwillprovideinputonmanpowerplanningandtrainingrequirementsbasedonthenewprocessflow.
  14.Youwillberesponsibleforensurecompliancewithapplicableexternalandinternalregulations,procedures,andguidelines.
