  8.StrongknowledgeofIEC/IEEEstandardsandindustry-specificmanufacturingpractices.
  9.FamiliaritywithLeanManufacturing,andprocesssimulationtools.

• 职位介绍：1.Youwilldefineanddocumenttheoverallprocessflow,layout,andequipmentspecificationsforthenewtransformerfactory.
  2.YouwillleadthetechnicalinterfacewiththeDesignInstitute(EPCM),reviewingandapprovingtheirdeliverablestoensurecompliancewithmanufacturingrequirements.
  3.YouwillcollaboratewiththeGlobalProductGroup(GPG)toalignlocalprocessstandards,specifications,andbestpracticeswithglobalrequirements.
  4.Youwillmanagethetendering,technicalclarification,andacceptanceofprocessequipmentandproductionlines.
  5.Youwilloverseetheinstallation,commissioning,andqualification(SAT/IQ/OQ)ofprocessequipment.
  6.YouwillactastheprimaryprocessliaisonbetweenthelocalplantandGPG.
  7.Youwillensurethatalllocalprocessinstructions(SOPs)areharmonizedwithGPGglobalmanufacturingstandards.
  8.YouwilldrivethelocalizationofglobalprocesstechnologiesandfacilitateknowledgetransferfromGPGtothelocalteam.
  9.YouwillbuildandleadthelocalProcessEngineeringdepartmentfromscratch,includingrecruitment,training,andperformancemanagement.
  10.Youwillmentorengineersoncoretransformermanufacturingprocesses(Core,Winding,Assembly,andTesting).
  11.Youwillestablishacultureofsafety,quality,andcontinuousimprovementwithintheteam.
  12.YouwillworkcloselywithProductEngineeringtoensureDesignforManufacturability(DFM)isembeddedinnewproductdesigns.
  13.YouwillpartnerwithQualityandEHSdepartmentstoensureallprocessesmeetregulatoryandsafetystandardsfromdayone.
  14.Youwillberesponsibleforensurecompliancewithapplicableexternalandinternalregulations,procedures,andguidelines.
